    印刷飞墨现象的消除 方法

    出现飞墨现象,即污 染环境,又损害操作人员的身体健康,下面针对这一问题进行简要分析。

      1.产生飞墨的原因

      1.ReasonsforFlyingInk

      油墨转移时,在 两个相接触的墨辊处,纤维物在两处或两处以上,被切断或拉长时产生断片,因表面张力成为球状。此时,纤维物与断片界面存在的双电层被破坏,一部分留存在油墨中,另一部分以相反的电荷逸向大气。当纤维物缩短时,油墨 中残留的电荷逐渐堆在墨辊及纸张表面。断片因带有和油墨相同的电荷,靠近墨辊或纸张时,被排斥于空中形成飞墨。

      当高速机用黏性 大的油墨,低品质的连结料时,易使油墨在墨辊旋转中,拉成长丝产生严重的飞墨现象,因此不同型号的印刷机需要选择相应的油墨来匹配。

      2.影响飞墨的因素

      (1)油墨黏度过大,油墨 在墨辊出口处被拉长,易产生飞墨,同时还会造成传墨不匀,使纸张拔毛脱粉,纸张从橡皮布上剥离困难,易花版、掉版等;黏度过小,墨层分裂 不佳,易产生飞墨,同时易使油墨乳化,起浮脏、糊版、网点扩大,影响印刷产品质量。

      (1)Inkviscosityistoolarge,inkiselongatedattheoutletofinkroller,whichiseasytoproduceflyingink.Atthesametime,itwillcauseuneveninktransfer,makepaperwoolanddedusting,paperstrippingfromrubberclothdifficult,easytopattern,offsetandsoon;toosmallviscosity,poorinklayersplitting,easytoproduceflyingink,andeasytoemulsifyink,floatdirt,pasteplate,dotenlargement,affectingthequalityofprintingproducts.

      (2)墨辊上墨层愈厚,飞 墨愈大。打样在铜版纸上,墨层厚度在1.2μm时,版上油墨只要达 到2.8g/m2就行;但用胶版纸印刷,版 上油墨起码要达到4g/m2。遇到纸张性能对油 墨黏附力不好的情况,易造成墨辊堆墨,从而产生飞墨。

      (2)Thethickertheinklayerontheroller,thelargertheflyingink.Whenthethicknessoftheinklayeris1.2micron,theproofinginkcanonlyreach2.8g/m2onthecopperplatepaper,butwhenprintedonoffsetpaper,theinkontheplatemustreachatleast4g/m2.Whenthepaperperformanceisnotgoodfortheadhesionofink,itiseasytocauseinkrollerstacking,thusproducingflyingink.

      (3)墨辊表面凹凸不平及 表面干结龟裂时,部分油墨层加厚,墨雾量增大,易产生飞墨。

      (4)印刷速度增加,飞墨 增大。

      (5)空气相对湿度小,促 进飞墨产生;湿度增大时,电荷减 少,飞墨量变小。

      (6)如果油墨中润版液太 多,形成严重的W/O型乳化油墨,黏度急 剧下降,墨丝变短,会产生严重的飞墨现象。同时,浸入油墨的润版液还会腐蚀金属墨辊,在墨辊表面形成亲水层而排斥油墨,造成金属墨辊脱墨。

      (6)Ifthereistoomuchembossingliquidintheink,seriousW/Oemulsifiedinkwillbeformed,andtheviscositywilldropsharply,andtheinkfilamentwillbecomeshorter,whichwillleadtoseriousflyinginkphenomenon.Atthesametime,theembossingsolutionimmersedintheinkwillcorrodethemetalinkroll,formahydrophiliclayeronthesurfaceoftheinkrollandrepeltheink,resultinginthedeinkingofthemetalinkroll.

      (7)高分子量油墨的连结 料,在油墨分裂时容易拉成长丝,产生飞墨。

      3.如何消除飞墨

      3.Howtoeliminateflyingink

      (1)选用优质的耐醇类油 墨,使其适应高速印刷。

      (1)Selecthigh-qualityalcohol-resistantinktoadapttohigh-speedprinting.

      (2)定期将胶辊拆下来彻 底清洗,使墨辊墨层均匀,传墨性能提高。

      (2)Removethecotsregularlyandthoroughlycleanthemtomaketheinklayeruniformandimprovetheinktransferperformance.

      (3)酒精浓度控制在 10%-15%之间,过低或过高都 不适合。

      (3)Alcoholconcentrationshouldbecontrolledbetween10%and15%,toolowortoohighisnotsuitable.

      (4)水斗液用量不宜过大 ,否则造成墨丝变短,不利印刷。

      (4)Theamountofbucketliquidshouldnotbetoolarge,otherwisetheinkfilamentwillbecomeshorter,whichisnotconducivetoprinting.

      (5)在油墨中加入电解质 时,飞墨会减少,随电解质的加入,导电度增加,飞墨现象会完全消失。

      (5)Whenelectrolyteisaddedtotheink,theflyinginkwilldecrease.Withtheadditionofelectrolyte,theconductivitywillincreaseandtheflyinginkphenomenonwilldisappearcompletely.
